Scandi House Levi is a stylish villa surrounded by nature with breathtaking views overlooking the Immeljärvi lake and Kätkä natural park.

The villa is split into two, separate, spacious and stylish apartments (Panorama & Lake View) fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Our two spacious apartments (Panorama* or Lake View* - 120m2 each) feature modern furnishings, fully equipped kitchens, large dining areas, washing machines, drying cupboards, fireplaces and private saunas and terraces.

Located 1.7km from Levi Ski Resort centre and 1.5 km from the base of the Gondola, our two self-catering apartments are right in the middle of the action with cross country and biking trails in every direction. The local ski bus is only 50m away and we are a 15-minute drive from Kittilä Airport.

There is ample parking space along with electric vehicle charging capability.

Scandi House Levi is located 1.7km from Levi Ski Resort centre and 900 meters from the base of the Gondola.

Cross country tracks can be accessed directly from the villa with biking- and snowmobile trails in every direction. The local ski bus is only 50m away and we are just a 15-minute drive from Kittilä Airport.

Scandi House Levi has plenty of free parking with the ability to plugin hybrids or electric vehicles.

Scenic footpaths and cross country trails into town are right outside the villa. The walk to town is around 15 minutes. You can also hop into the Levi Ski Shuttle -with a closest bus stop only 50 meters away.

Our closest supermarket, K-market Levinporo, is only 600 meters away.
